Christ and not the pledge is important

And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify, that it is he that is ordained of God a judge of quick and dead. To him also give all the Prophets witness that through his Name all that believe in him shall receive remission of sins. (*Acts 10:34-43) Four things out of the message are clear 1. Fear equals faith 2. Jesus was a real person a. message first to the Jews later Gentiles b. John bin Zechariah baptized him 3. All the Savior did Peter was witness to 4. And know he reigns now and not in the future.
