Before 1849 military pensions had been given out by the state in this particular year the Department of Interior assumed control over the War department former personnel and dependents. The familial system should not be tampered with and it has been ongoing for 352 years. Horace mann Unitarian took the last vestige of outward forms of the family right to educate. The current problems are system of what occurs when the past finally catches up with it. Solutions: Utopian welfare state comes at a cost people must believe in it or chose to return to the covenantal system and family must take care of their loved ones which include funding him and his family when he can’t work.
